ERNs needs on data analysis (pre-registration)

The Bring Your Own Omics Data workshop (BYOOD) workshop (17th-18th November 2022) is aiming to help ERNs to optimise and integrate their omics data, initiate network analysis, and continue collaborations with the data analysis team.

If you are part of the ERN, please help the EJP RD workshop organising team to further understand what your ERNs needs on data analysis are and complete this pre-registration from by the 2^nd of September 2022 through the following link (takes only few minutes!):

This pre-registration questionnaire will help to prepare a more specific workshop to aid ERNs with their analysis.

At the Bring Your Own Omics Data (BYOOD) workshop you will get expert assistance so you can:

• Optimise your data and use the adequate tools
• Integrate your omics data
• Get started with your network analysis
• Continue collaborations with the data analysis team in future use cases

The 2-days workshop will take place in November, face to face* in Nijmegen. Costs for travel and accommodation may be available for participants.

Since the preparation of data and tools will be needed before the start of the workshop, online pre-workshop meetings may be expected in September-October.

*F2F modality may be converted into hybrid in function of the situation.
